What is a 360 virtual tour?

A 360 virtual tour is a digital construction of a property that allows you to walk through the space as if you were there in person. We use 360 photos to capture a space and recreate it online, so anyone anywhere is able to access and view a space straight away. 360 virtual tours are a great way to easily view spaces remotely and give viewers a chance to revisit spaces without any need to travel.

What can I do with a 360 virtual tour?

• Use them on your Google My Business.

• Use them on your website, Facebook, Instagram, MLS, or YouTube channel.

• Use them on review sites like Yelp and Trip Adviser.

• Use them in your social media advertising.

Are 360 virtual tour expensive?

Our high quality tours are competitively priced based on the square footage of your property. We also have optional customization features that may adjust the total price of your 360 virtual tour. We offer 6 months and 12 months of free hosting, depending on the package that you have chosen. After the 6 months or 12 months of free hosting, you will have the option to add a hosting plan to your virtual tour or deactivate your virtual tour. How do I embed the 360 virtual tour into my website?

Embedding a 360 virtual tour is very straightforward: it’s similar to embedding a YouTube video. We will provide you with the code to cut and paste. You can also use a standard html link on websites, in emails and anywhere else web links are used.

What is a “hotspot” in a 360 virtual tour?

A clickable button or other on screen icon/text that allows the viewer to move from one viewpoint to another. For example a hotspot located over a doorway may move you to the next room when clicked.

How long does it to take to scan my property?

We typically recommend to block off between 30-50 mins per 1000 square feet.

Of course, if unexpected circumstances arise, such as the tour process needing to pause at the request of the property owner, or a light bulb in the property burning out…these situations could impact the duration of the appointment.

Our 360 virtual tour techs will keep the designated primary contact updated throughout the virtual tour appointment.

What is the turnaround time after scanning my property?

The average turnaround time for custom 360 virtual tours is 24-48 hours…this time varies based on the number of custom features added to your Custom 360 Tour. Also, the size of the property may influence the turnaround time. Most properties under 10,000 square feet will see a turnaround time of 24 hours, while some properties above 10,000 square feet may take more time to render.

The average turnaround time for Google 360 Tours is 48 hours. The reason Google 360 Tours take a bit longer to appear on Google’s platforms is due to Google’s verification process…Google wants to be sure that your virtual tour rendering matches the geometric location in Google’s database.

Are your 360 virtual tours MLS compliant?

Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique links that we can provide. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still meeting the requirements of your local MLS.
